Job Title: Admin Officer (Tender Document and E-Tendering)Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer to join our team, specializing in the tender document and e-tendering paperwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tendering process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire tendering process, from initial request through to submissionReview tender documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed accuratelyLiaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to obtain required information and documentationCoordinate the submission of tenders and track their progressMaintain accurate records of all tender documentation and correspondenceEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and proceduresQualifications:At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specializing in tender document and e-tendering paperworkStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelKnowledge of e-tendering platforms is preferredIf you are interested in this position, please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
