Should be able to work hands on in the area Work closely with cross-functional teams in eliminating the waste from Product and Process through various tools and techniques & should have Extensive Knowledge on Aerospace ManufacturingEssential Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams in eliminating the waste from Product and Process through various tools and techniques.
• Candidate should have hands on experience in executing 3P, VSM and other lean tools.
• Candidate should identify the capacity requirements of all machine based on the Current and upcoming program and report to Management.
• Work with team to validate cycle time for each program and take improvement action plan.
• Good Knowledge in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Catia, AutoCAD.
• Familiar with Boeing process (SCORES) and Airbus process.
• Should be aware of AS9100 requirements.

Skills * Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and MS
• Manage single point of contact for internal stakeholders and track improvement actions towards Management / Program requirement
• Identify requirements of rate readiness and track action closure for better execution
• Able to co-ordinate rate readiness assessments, capacity analysis and material, delivery line of balance
• Continuous monitoring & Present improvement action updates during internal / Management reviews
• Able to perform & utilize resource allocated, identify risk & mitigation plan and other potential issues
• Coordinating for internal, external and customer audits & assessments
• Beneficial to have exposure in working with Boeing & Airbus directly

Position Requirements

• Educational Qualification: BE-Mech/Aero in Manufacturing Sector Preferable Aerospace.
• Years Of Experience (Min. & Max.): Minimum 02-04 years is Costing of CNC machining preferably in Aerospace Industry
• He/ She should have knowledge & experience of various metal cutting processes like xe2x80x93 Turning, Milling, Drilling, boring, slitting & Assembly activities etc.
• Knowledge of industry standards, i.e ASME Y14.5, and customer, preferably Boeing and Airbus, PWC & latest Lean tools.
• Extensive Knowledge on Aerospace Manufacturing.
