Maharashtra Minerals Corporation Ltd (MMCL) is a joint sector corporation founded in 1961 by late Shri GB (Bhausaheb) Newalkar, a freedom fighter and visionary who pioneered entrepreneurship development in Maharashtra by revitalizing the small scale industries movement. He founded MMCL to bring positive changes in our backward districts, an objective that is incorporated in letter and spirit in our organization and enshrined in our Memorandum of Association. A joint sector corporation (Public Private Participation) promoted with Government of Maharashtra, MMCL is engaged in the business of mining, mineral processing and marketing of mineral products.

Responsibilities

Design and delivery of all end to end project in minerals processing,

Overseeing liaising work with government authorities like secretarial and Mantralaya , government of CG, Collectorate, etc. for all types of statutory permission, clearances & approvals,

Dealing with senior government officers including senior bureaucrats and IAS officers & knack to handle and manage local government authorities /administration managing administration,

Obtain NOC/ registration /approval/licenses from respective state Central government /semi-government bodies /local authorities,

Responsible for monitoring the all menials bearing sites of the company,

Coordinate with environment boards for all kind of statutory clearance,

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that the business needs are fulfilled effectively,

Ensure on time completion, comprehensiveness, and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to sale and service,

Ensure the compliance with the process and procedures made by the company and ensure its effective implementation during the complete process,

To identify the discrepancies and keep them into the notification of management at the right time,

To prepare various reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis.

Land Acquisition And Its Management

Responsible to liaison for with all stakeholder demarcation complete procedures of government and land acquisition clearances from statutory authority etc.,

Accountable for land acquisition for plant area railway siding and mining lease area directly and through land acquisition process & related statutory clearances,

Managing total acquisition process including identification of sites short listing execution of suitable documents after legal due diligence .rehabilitating & resettling project affected people as per applicable Govt. norms.

Legal Activities

Responsible to handle all the legal activities for the organization except labor disputes in coordination with company secretary,

Any other job as assigned by management for business development.

Qualification: Graduation with Minimum 20 yr Exp. in Project (Planning and Execution)

Experience Background : Candidate should be from manufacturing /mining industry only must have designed and set up silica beneficiation project
