- Handling recruitment full time as well freelancers
- employee onboarding , relasing offer to the candidates ( Full time Employee & freelancer )
- Monthly payroll for Employee as well Freelancer
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monthly Statutory compliance & returns ( Monthly ESIC & PF ) As well as yearly Returns ( PoSH, Shop Act, Gratuity, statutory bonus)
- Updating statutory registers like Salary advance register,maternity benefit register, accident register etc.
- Meeting with Government bodies of statutory compliance if any notice or query recived
- coordinating with compliance consultant for retun filing & Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- coordinating with Finance team for vendor / Admin payments
- Employee welfare
- Time Attendance
- Administraton work whenever require
