Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Conduct design reviews basis Engg. Drawings & Ensure AQP (Advance Quality planning) with the Suppliers for clear understanding of OEM requirements and specs/ Standards.

Drive New Part development to ensure that Part Quality meet the Desired spec & Standard. Quality assurance in new development of parts / FTR Sample formations from Day1. Process Discipline and sign offs for ETR supplies

Carry out PPAP, Initiate and validate the 4M conditions. Ensure First TIme right & Every thing right Process outcomes / Signoffs the Quality agrements along with PSW (Part submisison Warrants).

Carry out Supplier Process Validation / Sustenance Audit through Control plan audit at Supplier end

Work with R & D, Supplier & Supply Chains / Development teams

Assist the supplier process to enhance the Manufacturing / Technology Capability, Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation against anomalies

Drive Improvement related activities, Kaizen, Yellow belts, Green belts, QMS activities The Mahindra ways (TMW) & AFS

B Tech/BE/DME Mechanical/Automobile / Prioduction Engg.

General Experience

2 ~ 3 Yrs experience (B.tech) / 4 ~ 6 years ( If Diploma Mechanical / Automobile Engg.)

In depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes (especially Hardware, Rubber & plastic parts, parts);

Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, FMEA, APQP, MSA etc ; Hands on experience of Inspection, Testing & Problem solving through standard approach : QC Story, DOE etc. ; Conversant with SAP;

Hands on experience in Audits – Auditing skills, Process and systems audits. preferably all technlogies –

Problem Solving skills with Presentation skills. ERP / SAP knowledge

Hand on Inspection Skills with complete GD & T know how

Hard working, Knowledge of Parts, process and systems. Effective Comunication abilities.

Soft skills with Leaderhsip ability
