Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Strategizing the Annual Marketing Strategy for the Group (Tractors and Implements) in terms of Brand Management and Positioning, Product Positions, Sales Support, Service and Parts Positioning and its execution. New Product Launches and Communication Strategy. Developing annual marketing activities calendar. Preparing annual marketing budgets and helping in generating ROI, tracking Brand Equity Scores. Management of Customer Touch-points like Dealer Identity, Websites, CRM, Mobile Apps and Social Media Platforms (Facebook, YouTube Channels Etc. Annual Media Planning. Liaison with Advertising Agencies for all ATL, BTL and Digital activities. 360* activity planning for entire business – ATL, Digital and BTL, Exhibitions,Event Marketing activities for brand building and awareness. Prepare State Specific Strategy to drive Brand Equity Scores in weak and strong markets. Tractor and Implements marketingPOS material like brochure creation and caigns for current products. Pricing and Competitive analysisBrand communication analysis of competition brand s and pricing placement of competition in different HP segment. Launch Strategy for new productsIncludes market research, positioning and market activation plan. Coordination with State sales team for ground feedback and preparing future caigns on same. POS Material planningEnsuring availability of POS material for caigns and coordination with vendors for timely delivery. Organizing, planning and co-ordination of events ~customer meets, product launch meets, Exhibitions. To manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales, profitability and brand health KPIs. To plan the long term strategy template to prepare the marketing strategy by discussion with Marketing Leadership tea. To lead creative and media strategy while working closely with Marketing Services function. Lead the process of consumer insighting to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development, new launches as well as marketing initiatives. To deliver major key interventions, with buy-in from Sales senior leadership team. To develop pricing strategies and trade promotions for assigned brand s in close co-operation with the Sales function by identifying trade needs / opportunities. To contribute to the development of strategies for category growth. Decides the overall allocation of budgets for efficient deployment through the brand managers

10-15 years of Work Experience in Auto, Advertising Agency, Farm, Construction Business.Innovative Mind-Set.Experience of handling renowned brands, Product Launches.Independently handling Marketing Campaigns and Liaison with Advertising Agencies.Has spent at least 5 years in the Automobile industry.Preferred experience in Field Sales within MandM.Has in depth product knowledge and is well versed with Marketing tools and metrics.Has the ability to understand multiple stakeholder interests and respond accordingly.Has the ability to garner consumer insights while mentoring and leading the team to drive innovative brand concepts, product ideas and execute effective media plans
