Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
1. Responsible for Deployment of Suppler Upgradation intervenions through Mahindra Supplier Evaluation Standard Process for A, B Levels. For AD and FD Suppliers.

2. Responsible for Deployment of Mahindra Powerol Evaluation Standard at GEOM in Powerol.

3. Responsible for Deployment of Mass manufacturing Process for new development parts in Projects through MMA for AD, FD, MTWD, and MTBD.

4. Responsible for Developing Supplier Competency through Supplier Capability Building process.

5. Responsible for Leading MR Office activities of Standardization of processes across CDMM.

6. Responsible for Co-ordination between Sector Quality and Commodities and establishing Culture of Sustenance at RED Suppliers Identified.

7. Responsible for Driving Simplicity in SQD Department

8. Responsible for successful completion of L1 MEM Assessments and TMW Assessments.

9. Responsible for QDM Implementation in CDMM

11. Responsible in Deployment of MSES (Mahindra Supplier Evaluation Standard) Best practices in MHEPL.

12. Responsible for Achievement of results for MSES Suppliers.

13. Responsible for Organizing Crusade meetings during Project implementation

14. Responsible for Competency Development of SQD Team.

15. Responsible for Interaction and Execution of activities related to Foreign and Domestic Consultants

Specific desirable Skillsets:
1) Working knowledge of major quality tools like 7QC, DOE, FMEA, QC Story.

2) System knowledge of APQP, MPPAP.

3) Good Problem-solving Skills.

4) Should have Analytical skill and Process auditing skill.

5) Sound knowledge on Capacity Planning, Cycle time and TAKT time concepts.

6) In-depth knowledge of Audit and related activities.

7) End to end knowledge of New Product Development process related to Automobile industry

8) Exposure to Practices like Dexterity, Lean manufacturing.

9) Good knowledge of ISO/TS system.

10) Should be a Certified Lead / Internal Auditor.

11) Good knowledge of Ms-Office utilities like: Word, Power point, Excel

12) Have fluency in Report writing.

13) Self-driven and result oriented, Quick learner

14) Good at Interface working and extrovert.

15) Certified SIX Sigma GREEN belt.

16) Good Working Knowledge on SPC and MSA.

17) Good working Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing practices application.
