Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Able to do programming and Maintenance of

Fanuc Robots, Siemens PLC, Servo Drives, HMI, SCADA,IOT

 Able to do Preventive maintenance and Breakdwon Maintenance of

Chain Conveyors, Bewell Gears, Pneuamtics, Servo Slides, Gantry, geametry alignments.

Should have hands on experiance in Assmebly Line Maintenance and Testing Shop.

Hands on experiance with critical processes like IPG laser welding, Robotics, Servo Press, Sealant dispensing, End of Line (EOL) Testers

 Responsible to maintain MTTR, MTBF with uptime of prodcution lines based on target given.

Good if have basic knowldge of Battery Module and power pack assembly. But Assmebly line Maintenance is MUST.

 Should own Preventive maintanance, TPM, Spares Management and Calibration of process equipement.

 Should work on improvements projects to upkeep and cater zero losses on account of maintenance.

Have good knowldge of Power electronics, EOL Testers, Charging/discharging cycles, IGBT, PLC

Responsible for Condition and Time based montiering system sustainance.

Work with IT and Manufacturing Engineering to implement MES and IOT technology.

 Should able to deliver innovative project and able to perform alternate

management to acheive cost savings and prodctivity, quality.

 Able to do contigency planning of critical equipment and instruments

 Responsible to do predictive PM of machines (10K, 12K hour Pdm of Machines)

 Single point of contact and own the Maintanance daily work managment in shop floor.

 Involve in Floor Line Relay out for smooth flow of Production

Module/Power Pack Assembly

BE (Electronics/Mechatronics)

General Requirements

Complete hands on Programming and Daignosis with below software tools;

Siemens TIA Portal V14 SP1, IPG Laser Weldning, STARTER V5.1, IOT, V-ASSISTANT V1.06, Fanuc robot-guide,Vision pro 9.0 Camera, Kistler Servo press etc.

Hands on experience on SCARA ROBO, Videojet/Datalogic Laser marking, Ateq Leak test, Sealant dispensing, Probe measurements, Bosch DC Tighetning Tools etc.

Should able to do alignment of all type of Conveyors, Servo presses spindle, fixtures, tooling

Able to perform Vibration, tempreture, NVH

Have knowladge of Ethernet, Profinet, CAN communication protocol.

Have knowladge of PC maintenance, Ghost Backup/restore, SQL server etc.
