Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Cooling system , its parts design & development.

2. Design intergation of parts to meet subsystem targets

3.Concern resolution (Manufacturing, validaiton, proto, Field etc)

4. Design intergation of parts to meet subsystem targets

5. Interaction with supplier for DVP, design targets, DFMEA

6. Interaction with CAE, NVH, VI, validation, proto, CME, Service, PVT for meeting subsystem targets and requirements

7.BOM and design control for meeting TCP targets at subsystem level

8.CAD development of parts, assemblies, drawing and interaction with DMU

9.Develop, monitor, optimise subsystem targets and prepare system calculation

10.Review, control and track – DVP, concerns, design

B.E./B.Tech/M Tech – Automobile/ Mechanical

General Requirements

‘1.Expert in Cooling system and product knowledge with Customer usage

2. Good knowledge of 1D simulation, Selection of Radiator, Inter-cooler , Electrical fan & Motor for cooling system, hose material, subsystem calculations, part life calculation

4. Knowledge EV cooling system & its selection of sub system

3.Knowledge of production life cycle

4. Knowledge of Cooling system DVP

5. Homologation and future regulation roadmap

6. Know-how of Quality tools & detailed knowledge of material, process and cost levers

7.Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA

8 System and product knowledge with design calculation

9.Understanding of allied aggregates
