Incremental sales in the Focus Tehsils.Rural network development in cohesion with RSMs.Service reach in focus tehsils in collaboration with the service team.Alternate retail channels for enhancing volumes.Digital campaigns for lead generation and conversion.MITRA channel quality and capability enhancement for driving volumes.Manpower adequacy, capability and enhancing productivity for the dealerships.PST Segment focus working for higher retails.Financier liaisoning and innovative finance schemes for rural customers.Rural data management and communication to various stakeholders
