Job Description

As a social media manager, your main role will be to prepare organic content strategies for various clients and build social media experience for their followers. You will be involved in organic activities that help drive organic following and fan base of the clients’ social media profiles. You will also set and manage paid social media campaigns for clients and drive paid growth.At Maiden Stride, we strongly promote skill development through research and learning hence you will always be given time to research and build your skills.Role Responsibility

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for our organization and clients.
• Deliberate planning, strategy, and goal setting.
• Research latest social media trends and improvise them and apply them for various clients.

• Content creation for Social Media posts and coordinating with graphic designers to bring it to life.
• Adept at running paid campaigns on all social media channels
• Measure the success of every social media campaign

• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skills
• Strong communication skills to deal with clients and instruct team members
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
