Job Description:We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.Key Responsibilities:Greet and direct visitors, answer phone calls and emails, and provide general administrative support to various departments.Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including scheduling service calls and maintenance appointments.Oversee office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and tracking shipments.Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, including room reservations, catering, and audio/visual equipment.Provide support to HR, finance, and other departments, as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.If you have the required experience and skills and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience.
