Roles and Responsibilities

The Oracle Integration Cloud and PaaS administrator/specialist will be responsible for the support and administration of a diverse array of Oracle cloud and custom developed integration technologies used to interface Oracle cloud application to multiple 3rd party systems.

The Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist will be the technical authority for his/her area of responsibility including new development, dot upgrades, enhancements, patches, overall maintenance, and production support.

Primary duties include:
Support and administer Oracle cloud as well as custom developed integration technologies in the Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environments
Oversee the administration and support of all Oracle cloud integration technologies and custom developed integration technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve performance integration functionality and resilience.
Work with Enbridge business unit Oracle analysts to ensure the successful and timely implementation of all Oracle functionality enhancements and patches. This includes assisting in all required testing.
Work with users and vendors to identify functional and technical gaps, create work estimates, oversees integration designs and custom solutions to fulfil business unit requirements.
Identify bugs and create and track all related Oracle Service Requests (SR) to resolution

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience in administering Oracle PAAS services including : Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), Identity Cloud Services ( IDCS), DBaaS (Database as a service), Oracle Management Cloud (OMC).

Working knowledge on OCI tasks like user provisioning, managing object storage, Oracle functions etc

Mandatory Experience with DevOps CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/BitBucket, and scripting tools like bash,etc.

Knowledge/experience of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure would be an asset (Examples of few OCI tasks like managing compute node instances, user provisioning, managing object storage, Oracle functions etc)

Good knowledge and hands-on experience on web-server, app-server admin tasks.

Sound knowledge on Oracle PaaS Rest API’s and Terraform
