Job Description: 
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of LAP, Business,Personal,Mortgage Loan programs.
Communicate with clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
Evaluate the documents submitted and thoroughly understand the property documents submitted for mortgage loans.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, and maintains high level of customer service
Guiding customers throughout the entire loan application process until the loan is sanctioned
Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills – local hire.
Confirm credit worthiness of customers by evaluating the loan application and the documents submitted along with it to determine feasibility of granting loans.
Provide information on repayment schedule to customers
Prepare & submit loan application and provide recommendations for approval of loan.
Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Reporting loan data to all credit bureaus (CIBIL,CRIF,EQUIFAX) every month.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Aptitude.
Proven Work experience as Credit Manager or similar role with a mid-sized NBFC.

Prior experience of understanding property documents and loan related documents will be preferred.
