Ancient Indian history;
- Medieval Indian history,
- British colonial & post-independence India;
Minimum qualification: MPhil in any of the above disciplines from a good university. Preference to those with PhD
Other essentials:
- Experience of archival research and analysing original source materials, including oral histories & archeological sources;
- Ability to think independently and not be hostage to any ideology—Left or Right;
Salary would be commensurate with experience and skills.
