Marico Innovation Foundation Looking For Research & Outreach at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time
This role offers an opportunity for end-to-end management of the application phase of Marico Innovation Foundation’s flagship program- Innovation for India Awards. Launched in 2006, the biennial Innovation for India Awards is the first Indian platform to recognize and celebrate the pioneering work of ‘currently hidden potentially game-changing’ Indian innovations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, focused individual who will work directly with the program lead and play an active role in garnering applications for the Innovation for India Awards.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Conduct thorough research on disruptive Indian innovations across sectors and create a repository of their details
- Conduct research on the innovation landscape to create a pipeline of relevant partners like government institutions, accelerators, investors, educational institutes, entrepreneurship communities, international foundations, and media for application outreach
- Manage and update this database basis daily tracking
- Assist with application management for the MIF awards program by calling entrepreneurs, pitching the awards program, and encouraging them to apply
- Work on end-to-end target-based conversions and follow up for confirmations
- Provide daily updates and reporting of project progress to program lead
- Work as a front-end representative for all queries
