Mark Motors Hiring for Network Sales Manager at Angadipuram, Kerala Full Time

Ø Identify vacant areas/territory for ARD appointment and appoint ARD’s as per HERO guidelines

Ø Implement HERO process in the ARD’s and provide support in building a competent sales team in each ARD’s

Ø Continuously follow up the ARD’s in business development and provide support in sales closure, if required

Ø Provide training to ARD sales team

Ø Prepare Annual/Quarterly/Monthly sales target to each ARD’s and follow up ARDs in achieving the same.

Ø Responsible to ensure that the sales target is met on time through proper attention in sales and network development.

Ø Negotiate/close deals as per the company policies and handle complaints or objections

Ø Ensure the availability of stock for sales through preparing sales forecast report

Ø Ensure that the payments are collected ontime as per the credit period, if applicable

Ø Create marketing campaigns and execute with the support of ARD’s and marketing agencies, if required. (Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly campaign plan)

Ø Ensure that minimum leads are generated per each campaign and sales conversion from the same

Ø Conduct a cost benefit analysis after each marketing campaign executed

Ø Ensure regular visit to ARD’s and address their concerns, grievances in order to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Ø Responsible to conduct a market research on competitors’ products their price market share, make changes to the implementations after discussing with seniors.

Ø Conduct monthly performance audit at ARD’s (Physical meeting)

Ø Prepare ARD performance report on weekly/monthly basis and report to Sales Manager with recommendation’s

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
