• Determine ERPNEXT needs, design customized ERPNext solutions/workflow & integrate

ERPNEXT technologies with existing systems

• Understand the brand UI to rebrand the software similar to the brand.
• Create modules, workflows, system notifications, automations and much more to enhance the business process.
• Suggest areas of improvements
• Join into client calls for requirement gathering and onboarding of ERPnext clients (for the future)
• Ensure responsiveness and efficiency of the ERPNEXT software. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software, as and when required
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance
• Work closely with Management to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our systems, deploying and implementing suitable ERPNEXT solutions
• Management of the database system
• Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements

• Writing customized programs and scripts as well as configuring ERPNEXT applications
• Developing user friendly functionalities and interfaces
• Proving technical support and training ERPNEXT end users
• Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERPNEXT processes
• Keeping abreast of the latest ERPNEXT upgrades
• Joining in team discussion, suggesting, and offering knowledge.
• Training provided for team members
• Communicating effectively with Management and teams.
• Joining the weekly meetings
• Build Client required ERPNext applications
• Assist in python related website tasks

Requirements

• Expert skills in: Python, PHP, WordPress, JavaScript
• At least 3+ years’ experience as an ERPNEXT specialist
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
• Certification in ERPNEXT
• In depth knowledge of ERPNEXT development tools, coding languages and business process
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Good understanding of User Experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal collaboration, analytical and problem solving skills as well as communication abilities
• Great English verbal and written skills.
