Our Client a leading Jewellery Manufacturing & Retail company located at Satellite area of Ahmedabad requires: Job Position: HR / AdminExecutive Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad Employee strength: 100+ Shift Time : 10.00 AM – 8.00 PM Working Days : 6 Qualification : Master’s CTC: As per Industry standards Job description Screening of resumes and application forms Prepare & Modify job descriptions Scheduling of interviews of candidates. Taking multiple interviews for various positions. Perform pre/post interview activities like orientations, selecting, screening, interviewing, finalizing, onboarding procedures etc.

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations Implement workplace policies i.e SOP, employee attendance and punctuality etc. Ensure smooth operations on a regular basis e.g. attendance, employee performance, benefits, pay-roll salary, record of new-staff etc. Should be acquainted with different Job portals for hiring like Naukri.

To source right candidates within time period as required by company. Should be able to handle some of the administrative tasks required for a founder/co-founder etc. Must be Innovative, knowledgeable, target-oriented, and hard-working.
