Leveraging and sharing our research to create a better world for pets.PD System Technician (Third Party contract role)Job Purpose- To lead R&D system execution and maintain of R&D system by collaborating with R&D regional/global teams for the delivery of systems and data used in for India Site. This role would be largely responsible for successful deployment & go live of new globally rolled out Recipe system for India.Roles & Responsibilities

• To work closely with project team & understanding all the requirements with respect to system.
• Feeding in required inputs & executing on assigned tasks within expected timelines.
• To lead discussions with local Supply teams to align on BOM structures & deploying the same in roll out.
• Understanding formulation structures, processes & systems & do required planning/data mapping.
• To work on end to end system deployment & close working on other systems like Veritas/Atlas/FRR to assess impact of ARA.
• Consult & discuss with regional/global teams for smooth rollout & escalate/ask for support timely basis for any delays/hurdles.
• Attending Daily/weekly project management meetings/Sprint calls & reviewing progress.
• Participating in periodic CoP for training & building up the functional skills.
• To carry out recipe assessments with respect to optimizations/ nutritional gaps if any.
• Response the implementation and Bill of Material (BOM) data transfer to the business operating system
• Ensure the accuracy recipe is available for control and circulation in timely manner
• Maintain ARA system, support fixing issue and perform ARA training for R&D associate
• Additional responsibilities of product development aspects including driving COGS/product performance studies & handling all the changes on systems.
