Customer Care Executive for USA/UK Voice Process (BPO)

Job description

· Call US prospects about our services

· Pass on sales queries to Sr. Technical Sales team

· Resolve queries / answer questions / provide solutions

· Follow up with prospects from time to time and convert them into customers

· Maintain call logs

· Maintain feedback reports

· Help other team members

· Provide excellent customer service

· 3 months Training = > INR 22000/month

· 3 months to 6 months = > INR 28000/month

· From 6 months onwards = > INR 34000/month

· For 1+ Experience = > INR 34000/month or 20% raise from current salaries

· Commission on sales extra per sale

· Work from office only in Quark City, Mohali. (a-40 A, Industrial Focal Point, Phase 8 B Extension, Mohali, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160059)

· 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

· Weekend Off

Desired Candidate Profile

· Male / Female

· Must be fluent in Spoken English

· Experience in US Voice Process preferred but not mandatory

· Positive attitude and outlook

· Punctual and hardworking

· Continuous Learner

· Strong work ethic

· Experience in BPO is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹34,000.00 per month
