3. Experience of imparting training to dealership staff using Dealer Management Systems

4. Implementation of the Dealer Management System at automobile dealerships

5. Development of the digital system training module

Distributorship Management

6. Ability to understand the compliance requirement of overseas distributors

7. Coordination with overseas distributors to understand their business requirements

8. Support and resolve the system operational issues of distributors

9. Implement any improvement/enhancement based on distributors’ feedback

10. Ability to observe weak areas and implement improvement plan(s) at automobile dealerships

11. Account management of the overseas distributors

System Development

12. Coordinate with IT consultant and develop digital system for distributors

Minimum Qualification

B.E. or B. Tech. and MBA (Strategy/OM/Marketing/Systems & IT/GM/Business Analytics)
