Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment process and employee onboardingDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresManage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance managementMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsHandle payroll and benefits administrationMaintain office policies and proceduresManage office supplies and equipmentProvide administrative support to the management teamRequirements:Require female candidatesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative rolesStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹280,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:HR & Admin: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8008883467
