• Proficiency in Tally
• Knowledge about TDS, GST, Invoice, E-way bill, PF,Income Tax
• Manage routine account work.

• Verify and authorize Data entry of all transactions of bank.
• Generate Invoice, Purchase entry, expense entry and all day to day transactions Tally

• Verify bank reconciliation to be prepared by Executive accounts on daily basis and submitted before end of day.
• Monthly closing entries and provision entries as per directive from Financial advisor
• Verify reconciliation of GSTR 2A on monthly basis and follow up with vendors for compliance.
• Reconciliation of GSTR1 and 3B with books of accounts before filing of returns.
• Verify preparation of GST returns and TDS returns and basic working for tax payment and ensure compliance before the due date.
• Upload and make tax payment every month before the due date
• Scrutinize vendors ledgers covering every vendor on quarterly basis (for both GST as well as transactions)

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
