Note:

• Post selection candidate will be absorbed as an intern for 3 months with a stipend of Rs 18000 per month
• After successful completion of internship/training, the candidate will be staffed into a permanent role with a CTC of a minimum of 4 lakh p.a.
• Bond of Rs 1 Lakh for 2 years.

Your Life as a Maven:

Bookkeeping and Accounting: Timely and correct processing and/or validating of financial transactions into the Accounting System for Group Companies (India & US based Entities)

Sound Knowledge of India GAAPs & International Financials Reporting Standards.

Fixed Asset Register maintenance, Depreciation calculation based on Company’s Act provisions & Income Tax Act Provision

Expert in Preparation and verification of returns of TDS/GST/Income Tax/Annual returns with Tax Authorities in convergence with- I.Tax Act, Companies Act, GST Act.

Business Partnering- Follow up with the Project Managers (Onsite & Offshore) for Collection, Preparation of AR & AP Ageing Reports.

Monthly closure of books of accounts & preparation of monthly reports ahead of the deadlines.

AR Follow Up, Application of Cash receipts, Treasury Management.

Monthly and Annual Tax & Statutory compliances. Responsible for deducting and depositing the statutory dues & Filing returns with appropriate authorities: GST & Withholding tax.

Focussed on the Output, Ability to work in target-oriented environment and under pressure, open to work for extended hours & Weekends if required, to meet the deadlines.
