Education Qualification: MBA with Graduation in Commerce Stream

Experience: 5 – 8 Years’ experience in the areas of Consulting, Strategy, Project Appraisals, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence, Business Plan Analysis, Detailed Project Report etc.

Role and Experience Details:
Ability to manage and implement assigned tasks with least supervision

Strong Commercial Acumen

Ability to manage and handle client expectations

Experience of managing a team of 3-5 professionals

Review of Business Plans / Financial Plans of the Corporates

Business and Financial Due Diligence

Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the Corporations / Entities

Perform company and industry research with detail analysis of company’s financial statements and projections

Assist and support the seniors in research, data gathering and analysis

Lead proposal preparation and in-house research needed for business development

Interacting with the Client (front end) for the project

Report Writing and Presentations

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong numerical & analytical skills and sound commercial acumen

A good working knowledge of financial analysis

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

Commercial outlook with understanding of the business and economic environment

Ability to work independently and as a team player and adaptability to meet tight deadlines and demanding requirements
