Customer care Executive: The candidate should be atleast Graduate in any stream and must speak Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take, and obtain details of complaints

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications

• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests

• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Requirements – Strong communications skills – Ability to listen and problem-solve – Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to perform under pressure – Basic computer skills – Handling Customer Over The Call Or Chat – Customer Care – Excellent Communications Required
