Mediators Hiring for Key Account Manager at Bangalore Full Time

POSITION : Key Account Manager

LOCATION : Bangalore (currently remote working)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely renewals for enterprise and medium-sized customers Pan India

• Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications.

• Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.

• Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.

• Ensure customers order on or before the expiry date

• Achieve personal monthly and quarterly bookings targets

• Provide prompt customer service to all direct customers

• Cross-sell/upsell to current accounts to meet/exceed quota

• Bring customers through a sales cycle and stage each deal accurately in Zoho

• Deal with objections and challenges that are delaying or preventing an on-time renewal

• Engage with Product and Services team on escalations for timely resolutions

Experience and Education Required:

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent

• 2-7 years experience in account Management and renewals in software industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹750,000.00 per year
