Job Description:

• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Plan and direct sales team training
• Control expenses and monitor budgets
• Attend The Corporate Customers At The Sales Offices, Solve Their Queries And Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Analyzing client’s needs and financial ability to recommend the right Property
• Aiming To Achieve Monthly Or Annual Targets.
• Respond And Follow Up Sales Enquiries Using Appropriate Method.
• Give a Feedback On Daily Basis To Our Sales Coordinators.
• Manage a sales team
• Maintain good relations with Team mates,encourage them to complete their target.
• Training and motivating spirit
• Interpersonal coordination with various departments like accounts, marketing, and admin daily basis as per the various needs in the interest of the customer.

• Graduate With Any Stream
• Strong Presentation and Convincing Skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Minimum 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience in the real estate industry/Insurance/Automobiles
