Your role:

As theScrum Master of multiple scrum teams supporting theBioContinuum™ platform, you will support the development of new technologies that we expectto be market disruptors as we focus on re-imagining the facilities of the future.

In this role youwill guideand coachthe software development teams on using Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products that delight our customers.

You will foster the adoption of Agile practices, build and nurture high-performing teams to create high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.

Youwill coordinate the resolution of team impediments with other Scrum Masters.

You will regularly participate in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS), work with the Release Train Engineer and other Scrum Masters to ensure the train meets its overall PI objectives.

You will support the Product Owner and the teams with effective Iteration Goal and Iteration Backlog Management techniques, help the teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog Items.

Who you are:

• PSM- or SAFe-certified
• Atlassian JIRA-savvy
• Experienced Scrum Master with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodologies applied to global and diverse teams
• Knowledgeable in identifying and addressing Agile anti-patterns
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Results-oriented negotiator and creative problem solver
• Excellent communicator and Agile leader
• Thrive in fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Mentor and coach team members and colleagues to support their personal as well team growth
