Mere Mentor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Career Counsellor to join our team. Minimum of 1 year of experience in counselling students. A master’s degree in

Psychology is preferable.

Language mandatory: English

Responsibilities

Provide career counselling services to students, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address students & academic, career, and personal development needs.

Assess students’ interests, strengths, and goals to guide them towards suitable educational and career choices.

Assist students in exploring various educational programs, colleges, and universities.

Stay updated on educational and career trends, admission requirements, and job market demands to provide accurate and relevant guidance.

Administer and interpret aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality assessments to help students understand their strengths and preferences.

Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student progress.

To involve in research and development and come up with innovative ideas to u bring our company.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Educational Career Counsellor, preferably with a minimum of 1 years of experience.

A Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory for the candidate

Strong understanding of educational systems, career options, and admission processes.

Familiarity with aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality assessments.

Ability to empathize with students and provide appropriate guidance and support.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
