The Administrative assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Administration Department by managing daily Administration responsibilities and tasks.
The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Administration department.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Monitor the security and movement of the staff and visitors as per the guideline
Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of office premises including washrooms, balconies, pantry and common areas
Monitor the housekeeping personnel and ensure clean and hygienic environment in office
Coordinate all major and minor repairs of furniture, fixtures, electrical and electronic equipment
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Preparation of crucial documents pertaining to Franking, NDA, Notary and Affidavits as required
Preparation of indents for procuring goods and services along with purchase orders and delivery notes
Maintain petty cash transactions incurred for organization on monthly basis
Maintain supplies inventory of stationery, cleaning material and consumables by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and ensuring timely supply
Intra city travel to deliver files and reports to various govt offices, vendors and other offices of the Company
Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, shredders and printers
Provide support to other departments for conduct of events / celebrations of Company
Coordinate all necessary arrangements for Travel & Forex
Perform other related duties as assigned
What are the pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role?
Any full-time Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years’ Experience in administration
Ready to work under any timeline
Proficiency with Email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
