Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
Drive new technology development working alongside external stakeholders

Scale business for glass based dashboard/display application for implementation in automobile industry

Build team under him/her to run the business unit for optical display project

Lead technology assimilation, product development and commercialisation of these parts

Work with industry expert to understand technology and develop it in house with the help of available resources

Work alongside senior leadership and manager stakeholder communication

Possess entrepreneurial mindset to help conceptualise, translate requirements to manufacturing team and scale up business

Travel to vendor sites to understand technical requirements

The Successful Applicant

Incumbent should have technical knowledge about glass technologies

Exposure working with international manufacturers Global Automotive OEMs.

Incumbent should be open to learn and able to carry independently conduct successful technical reviews with the customers

Knowledge about automobile standards and regulations

Incumbent can be from architectural glass business

Flexible to travel for research to locate sources for (Technology support/ equipment etc )and being accountable for the business
