Job Description

Qualification and prior experience ýff 2 yrs hands-on experience in relevant environment. ýff Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience. ýff CCNA – Certification is preferred ýff Prior experience in a 24x7x365 operations environment ýff Should have knowledge of ticketing tools. ýff Good Conceptual understanding of network monitoring System. ýff Good communication skills. Primary responsibilities ýff Hands-on experience in Network Monitoring system & itýffs supported feed like… SNMP, ICMP, Agent based & WMI based. ýff ISP link monitoring & open case with the support vendor as per the fault. ýff Critical device monitoring & report the case to the relevant team in case of device/service failure. ýff Good Knowledge on networking products such as Routers, Switches, Wireless device. ýff Knowledge of Routing Protocols, Network Monitoring and remote management tools. ýff Experience in preparing network diagram, routing and switching concepts, including interface configuration, routing protocols, network workflow, ACLs, security requirements and establishing network specifications. ýff Ability to independently analyses, configure and troubleshoot network connectivity. ýff Understanding of high availability protocols such as HSRP, VRRP. ýff Knowledge in Network security devise and firewalls appliances. ýff Have in-depth understanding of functioning of different Networking technologies and topological. ýff Ability to engage Vendor / Principal in case of escalated support ýff CCNA ýff Certification is preferred Operational ýff Execute Health Checks, Monitoring and Management of Network & Security devices ýff Plan and Execute Change request as per plan. ýff Provision VPN services as per customer request. ýff LAN / WAN topology creation & verification. ýff Provide On call Support as and when required.
