The position is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organizational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness. This will require interaction with a variety of IT teams and a demonstrable ability to influence individuals and teams is critical. ýff Experience in IT enabled services ýffIT Service Desk, IT Help Desk (Preferably phone support interacting with foreign clients/users) ýff Ability to handle multiple and shifting assigned priorities to provide research results and solutions that are timely, supportive and accurate. ýff Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications. ýff Good knowledge of ITIL service management processes (specifically) and overall ITIL knowledge is desired ýff ITIL Certified (Min Foundation level) ýff Experience of managing a team of 4 to 10 people
