Responsibilities

The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following:

• Refine and drive the vision, roadmap, and metrics for detections and monitoring at MSRC.

• Providesubject matterexpertise and create awareness of best practices.

• Monitor and report on the status of detections, risks, and issues.

• Ability to write functional specifications on multiple projects/features as needed.

• This role requires working withglobal Microsoft teams remotely.

• Collaborate with team members in various roles to plan and execute on key deliverables.

• Work in a culture of continuous improvement, adaptation, reflection, and growth

• Learn quickly from your peers, projects, and interactions with customers.

• Provide on call support and monitor the health of services in production as part of DevOps culture.

Qualifications

Required Qu alifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

• 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

• Outstanding communication skills and collaboration capabilities.

• Independent and self-motivated.

• Cross team and cross org collaboration.

Preferred Qualification s:

• Great curiosity and willingness to questionand learn.

• High enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, result-orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced competitive environment.

• Have a deep desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with groups, find win/win solutions and celebrate successes.

• Preferredpreviousexperience in security domain.

• Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across multiple teams and levels.
