We are seeking a Software Engineer II to join our AzureML Experiences Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of front-end engineers currently developing the AI Studio portal and Software Development Kits (SDKs) to scale LLM applications for production use

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements, scope solutions, estimate work, and schedule deliverables
• Apply engineering principles to establish robust and maintainable architecture and designs
• Promote and drive the adoption of good coding standards and patterns
• Develop software using languages such as C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and others
• Collaborate with partner teams to comprehend, define, enhance, and develop AzureML capabilities
• Respond, resolve, and integrate customer feedback with agility and dedication
• Lead by example, adhering to best engineering practices, raising the quality bar, and improving the team’s response to customer incident

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline, and 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#,TypeScript, JavaScript, React, or Python, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of working experience in front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience with distributed systems design and implementation
• Proficiency in Agile development practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Passion for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science
• Experience working on large-scale projects or applications
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse remote teams
• Quick learner with a passion for solving complex and exciting problems
• Familiarity with Azure is a plus
