Position Your new role – challenging and future-oriented You will be responsible for Thermodynamic design of Siemens Turbo Compressor. The position will be based in Pune, India, in the global challenging technical environment. One must closely coordinate with the counterpart and monitor project KPIs like quality, project budget and on time delivery. Responsibilities Compressor flow path geometry finalization, Calculation of Stage design data, checking sales design w.r.t. thermodynamic criteria and finalize it. Which is relevant to CoCo dept, Forward engineering dept, rotodynamic dept. and I&C dept also. Power and thermodynamic calculation, Knowledge of Startup curve, Surge control and discharge condition, Compressor control equations, IGV and speed limitations. Customer documents – We provide performance curves, starting torque curve and API datasheet to customer. Checking the design i.e., doing design review internal with all depts. Dealing with PM, Sales, Forward Engg, Rotodynamic Engg, System Engg. depts. during execution. Communication with internal / external clients about technical aspects. Doing Proposal/Sales Support. Providing technical support to colleagues. Ensure quality and timely deliveries of engineering documentation. Knowledge of Tools/Softwares-GUI,SAP,Teamcenter will be added advantage. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience Engineering background (Preferably Master’s degree and specialization in Thermodynamics OR Other comparable degree) of relevant engineering work experience. Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. High flexibility in taking new tasks/responsibilities Proactive and Solution Oriented. Ability to Pull inputs and interact with interface partners. and their components will be added advantage.
