MidGear Hiring for Business Development Representative – Fresher at Bangalore Full Time

We don’t believe in hiring freshers to get the dirty deeds done for cheap! We hire freshers so that we can create successful sales professionals for tomorrow.

The B2B sales industry has so much to offer but we don’t seem to have the skill or preparation to grab the seats and stick on to them at our favorite organizations. We at MidGear have been working on changing that for good with our full-time job offers at organizations that welcome fresh talent without being judgmental.

We are looking for 5 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team. You can either be a fresh graduate or have been a B2C sales rep for a year, we would love to talk to you about your passion for sales and find a way to get you there.

We are more interested in your enthusiasm and drive than your past experience! As a BDR, you’ll get to experience the joy of making money and working in a field that’s all about helping people.

Our employees go through an intensive 45 days training program that includes:

• Sales skills training (including cold calling, pitching & generating leads).
• Presentation skills training (including public speaking & storytelling).
• Behavioral assessment tests (to measure their strengths & weaknesses).
• 3 months of full-time mentorship to make sure you get to experiment with what you learn during your training.

What will you do?

• Creating a database of companies using various tools with the provided target market.
• Managing the creation of integrated, lead generation campaigns for prospects and customers.
• Develop new methods to engage consumers on social platforms.
• Plan, develop and implement marketing programs to meet the vertical objectives.
• Work closely and collaboratively with team members across product marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation, social media, PR, and web.
• Speak to potential customers on phone and generate leads for Amazon Web Services
• Manage CRM, leads, and pipeline.
• Work with sales and marketing to maximize the output.
• Customer Insights & Competition Analysis.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
