Candidate should be flexible working in 24×7/365 day say ear environment

• Candidate should be excellent in-verbal and written communication skills

• Candidate should understand the CRM business and have min.1 year of work experience in Customer Services (preferably in Hospitality, Banking or Automobile Industry in Sales profile)

• Added advantage will be given to candidate with BTech.in “Mechanical or Automotive Engineering”

• Candidate should be able to handle Time and Pressure Management to deliver the standards with in stipulated timelines

• Candidate should have a convincing skills to handle customers in critical situations

• Candidate should be flexible working on MS-Office and Web Based Applications

• Candidate should have a good typing speed (minimum 25-30 WPM)

• Candidate should have skills to demonstrate the product to prospective buyers/existing customers

• Candidate should have basic knowledge of cars
