Functional Description

CFR Global Decision Science Team, is an innovation engine driving enterprise wide growth & differentiation for American Express in today’s digital world. Our focus is to enrich data, advance analytics and elevate platforms to deliver scalable solutions that power AXP to effectively target , acquire and engage customers & merchants across channels globally.

The role’s primary focus will be to drive governance & enforcement of policies/Standards across models within the committee purview. This role will deliver on several key initiatives which are critical for the effective functioning of the Marketing Modelling Committee.

Responsibilities:

• Developing understanding of SR 11-7/ AEMP 55 Policy and MMC (Marketing Modeling Committee) standards

• Ensuring the enforcement of the above Policies/Standards across models within the committee purview

• Acting as the key contact for communications/updates with the Model Owners, Second and third line

• Enabling the review of Models by Regulators like OCC, FED

• Coordinating with the Model Owners for ensuring completion of model validations & attestations in a timely manner

• Working with the chair for setting guidelines for the frequency and rigorousness of ongoing performance monitoring & updation of the committee charter respectively

• Reviewing & maintaining the EMM model inventory on a quarterly basis

• Reporting the status of reviews and results, outstanding model issues, and other items of concern to the Committee Chair /ORMC and other relevant groups as appropriate

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, PPT and Word

• Detail oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

• Proven project management skills, exceptional written and oral communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to establish strong collaborative relationship with both internal and external partners

• Proven team player: collaborative and passionate in your approach but able to work autonomously

Eligibility: –

• Graduate or Postgraduate / MBA with overall work experience of 6 years with significant time spent in the areas of program management
