MindPeers Hiring for Social Media Lead at New Delhi Full Time

A seasoned and enthusiastic marketing maven who can lead the digital wing of GTM strategy and execution. This person will be the voice of MindPeers, ensuring that we’re on point with our branding and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of our social media handles (including Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter) end to end
• Curating a social media calendar and working closely with a graphic designer to execute posts and ideas
• Writing and ideating persuasive B2C comms including app notifications and EDMs
• Understanding product roadmap and working with the product team to create the right noise and impact before launches
• Understanding, leading, and maintaining consistency with our brand voice
• Creatively innovating ways to increase our app downloads and new users
• Leading all creative operations: be it product or socials, this person will be our go-to for all things digital

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Background and experience of working in a creative agency is preferred but not mandatory
• In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, ongoing trends, and effective GTM tools
• Strong hold on content writing, creative ideation, and a data-driven approach to things

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
