Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Being a part of 24X7 shift based Treasury production and environment team
Monitoring of applications and EOD batches in Production
Providing 1st level resolution to the users
Incident resolution and release management
SLA adherence and compliance to incident escalation
DESIRED SKILL
1 to 5 years of experience in supporting Banking or Capital Markets applications
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting EoD batches
Experience working in both Unix and Windows environment is a must
Should have experience in working SQL queries
Experience in performing maintenance activities for applications
Experience in Incident, Problem, change and release management process
Good understanding of the incident escalation process
Should be flexible in working in 24*7 rotational shifts
Knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting is desired and mandatory
Experience in Murex-L1 support is added advantage.
