The person playing this role would be responsible for Assisting – Managing Director in all required aspects.
Job Description / Key Responsibility
Assisting Managing Director. Utilizing discretion and judgment at all times in dealing with executive direct reportees and board members, as well as communication with customers and vendors.
Handle complex travel arrangements. Become familiar with the specific, detailed needs of the MD and travel partners; creates consistent travel itinerary portfolios for reference and be available during travel times to quickly address any last-minute changes or cancellations.
Dealing with a variety of ah-hoc queries and requests from across the business and facilitating general administrative duties.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Expenses tracking
Conferences registration
Staff meeting minutes
Arrange client lunches and dinners
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Requirements
A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through
Great communication skills are a must.
Able to handle multiple priorities
