Summary: Looking for freshers/experienced in Customer Service for a core IT company based out in IT Park Chandigarh,with excellent comm skills with 5 days working and 10-7 work timings.You will be given real responsibility and be expected to own it. Management Trainees undergo first 5 to 6 months through cross-functional stints in operations and strategy. Primarily this will involve a combination of assignments involving decision-making, crisis resolution and problem-solving. Job Description

· Experience working in highly variable Back-Office support services/operations will be an added advantage.

· Interact with clients / developers via email or phone regularly to provide status updates, learn new workflows and systems, and promote additional services.

· Ability to analyze documents and follow complex rules.

· Ability to stay focused for an extended period of time.

· Ability to use own initiative for problem solving

· Good Interpersonal Skills & command over English (verbal and written).

· The work is detail-oriented and intense – need to Concentrate and Pay attention to details.

· Ability to manage fairly Complex work, strictly follow instructions and be Process oriented.

· The work we do is unique and each task is different – need to be a quick learner, get trained swiftly on all skills and be able to learn from past errors.

· Ability to independently solve problems, think logically, analyse & make the right decisions.

· Need to be highly quality-conscious as any mistake can have a huge impact on our business.
