Job Description:
DESCRIPTION
Day to Day routine work of Accounts Department.
– Preparation and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, Journal, Ledger, Sales Book, Purchase Book, Cash Book and Bank books in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
– Reconciliation client ledger viz. Sundry Debtors, Creditors Ledger.
– Maintain debtors book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest.
– Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
– Obtain revenue and pays invoices by verifying and completing payable and receivable transactions.
– Prepare of Profit & Loss A/c & Balance Sheet.
– Reconciliation of Cash.
Knowledge on Tally,GST , Excel is a must.
