Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Social and Business Admin Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in managing and maintaining our company’s social media presence while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in social media management, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and engage with followers and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Content Creation and Marketing:Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
Administrative Support:Manage and maintain company calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for team members.
Handle email communications, responding to inquiries, and forwarding messages as necessary.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, as needed.
Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and organizing company events.
Data Management:Organize and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in the collection and analysis of data related to social media performance, customer feedback, and business operations.
Communication and Collaboration:Foster effective communication between internal teams, ensuring relevant information is shared promptly and accurately.
Act as a liaison with external partners, clients, and vendors, maintaining professional relationships.
