Job Description: 
Experience in road construction both flexible and rigid.
Thorough knowledge in Planning of Manpower / Equipment / Materials required for road construction that involves design and build to execute cut/fill; aggregate works, bitumen concrete works, rigid pavements, accessories such as Median barrier, guard rails, drainage, culverts, pedestrian crossing, electrical lighting etc.
Project Scheduling and competent to complete the project based on the timeline agreed upon.
Able to manage base camp that incudes stone crusher, batching plant and Asphalt Mixing plants.
Sufficient knowledge of construction equipment not limiting to owning and operating cost but also to optimize their usage.
Project costing and delivering the project within the budgets agreed upon.
