MOZOCARE is seeking a full-time (Monday-Saturday 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.) French/English speaking representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you have the opportunity to assist MOZOCARE Associates and Patients from around the globe their medical treatment need. A successful representative will exhibit a positive attitude, be teachable, and will exemplify MOZOCARE’s core values and support corporate direction.
Responsible for resolving Associates/Patients’ concerns, you will responsible for accurately seeking their medical requirement and information and answering questions via phone, email. You will interact with Associates and Partners on a daily basis and will provide encouragement and support to them.
As a representative, you will be an integral part of MOZOCARE’s mission to improve customer relations necessary for increased enrolments, sales, and retention.
