.Net Architect MPS Interactive Systems (MPSi) is seeking a well-qualified, experienced and talented .net Architect with 10-15 years of experience. Purpose: The .net Architect will play a central role in the complete solution lifecycle including:

• Creating innovative solutions in response to RFPs and customer requirements
• Owning software architecture and design of the solutions
• Manage project team task assignment, and adherence to schedule and effort
• Thought leadership to ensure keeping pace with technology trends and design/development practices
• Mentoring and coaching team members

The ideal candidate will own the technical design for the .Net projects and have a good understanding of desktop application with rich UI/UX, enterprise application integration involving Business Process and Forms, Business Intelligence, Collaboration, CRM, Enterprise Content Management, and Portals. Candidate will have to demonstrate involvement to provide individual or project support for complex projects or applications, adhere to project timelines and technical deliverables within different client environments; and analyze and provide quality technical solutions that exceed client expectations. Experience and Skills:

• Expertise in Programming with .NET Framework (4.0 onwards): Complete from back end to Windows or Web Forms front end Enterprise integration technologies (Microsoft BizTalk, MSMQ, Web Services, Remoting)
• Windows application development using WPF, OpenGL, DirectX, etc. Good understanding of multi-threading, hardware acceleration, 3D graphics rendering, and media delivery (videos, PDF, images, 3D objects, etc.)
• Business information systems integration or custom business application design and development in a professional technology consulting, corporate MIS or software development environment.
• Microsoft SQL Server Database, Analysis, Integration and Reporting Services ASP .NET and client web development (XML, XSL, ASP .NET, AJAX, HTML, Java Script)
• Solid knowledge and experience on Microsoft technology landscape including various server products.
• Understanding of SOA, SaaS, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Knowledge Management, integration, portals, etc.
• Proven knowledge and experience with: Agile methodologies Enterprise integration and software development patterns
• Building mobile based apps using XAMARIN or similar framework is good to have

.Net Senior Developer MPS Interactive Systems (MPSi) is seeking a well-qualified, experienced and talented .net senior developer with 5-8 years of experience. Purpose: The .net Developer will play a central role in the complete solution lifecycle including:

• Designing solutions and envisioning follow up work.
• Implementation role including software architecture, development, customization, integration.
• Collaboration with cross-functional team (UX designer and Graphic specialist, IA, etc.)

The ideal candidate will provide technical design for .NET solution will be completely hands on with development, and have a good understanding of enterprise application integration involving Business Process and Forms, Business Intelligence, Collaboration, CRM, Enterprise Content Management, and Portals. Candidate will have to demonstrate involvement to provide individual or project support for complex projects or applications, adhere to project timelines and technical deliverables within different client environments; and analyze and provide quality technical solutions that exceed client expectations. Experience and Skills:

• Business information systems integration or custom business application design and development in a software development environment.

SharePoint Senior Developer – Experience and Skills

• Minimum 6 years experience with implementation and management of a SharePoint platform in multiple server farm installation.
• Understanding of SOA, SaaS, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Knowledge Management, integration, portals, etc.
• Expertise in Programming with .NET Framework
• Microsoft SharePoint Online, 2013, SharePoint 2010
• Client web development (XML, XSL, HTML, Java Script)
• Proven knowledge and experience with: Agile methodologies Enterprise integration and software development patterns
• Hands on development experience is a must

Responsibilities Includes: Requirement Gathering and Consulting

• Participate in system study and requirement gathering and documentation
• Communicate Conceptual and Detail Designs to Client and SharePoint counterparts

Site Administration

• Configure and maintain document libraries, lists, and SharePoint site collections and deploy SharePoint at the enterprise level in a distributed global environment.
• Configuring site permissions through SharePoint groups.

Design and Development

• Configure and maintain document libraries, lists, and SharePoint site collections and deploy SharePoint at the enterprise level in a distributed global environment.
• Create functional design documents, translate the business requirements into system requirements, create a prototype of recommended solutions, demo to the users, and implement the solution
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements.
• Experience in SharePoint Worflows, and implementing SPFx components is must to have
• Experience with creating and deploying app based model is nice to have

Administration

• Site creation, permissions, and SharePoint services configuration
• Configure authentication mechanism
• User Profile setup and configuration
• Backup and Restore sites, Lists and Libraries
